The TmbaTa Orchestra is a combination of Armenian Folk Music and World Music, founded by Arik Grigoryan at Tumo Center in Yerevan.

TmbaTa has performed in a range of international festivals and concerts, such as Folklife Festival in Washington, D.C., organized by the Smithsonian Institution, a performance in New York City Center, a solo concert in St. Petersburg State Academic Capella, FIMU Festival in France with five performances, One Caucasus Festival in Georgia, and the Gothenborg Folk Festival in Sweden.

They are known for their original blend of rock, experimental and Armenian folk music, a combination felt as deep as one’s bones.
