Vibes Session 16 / Mad NATION
Formed in 2015, Mad Nation have summoned up quite a following, with their heavy guitar riffs, blasting drum beats and deep guttural vocals. Mad Nation is composed of true believers in the power of expression through music. Our tribe can appreciate the sentiment and energy behind that philosophy as well. With a sound, look and feel heavily inspired by Motörhead, the members have formed something more of a brotherhood than just a band, a community of mad people, a truly Mad Nation.
Vibes Session 15 / Lelocity
If you’re looking for a power couple who will rock your socks off, look no further than tonight’s Armenian Vibes Session with Lelocity. Don’t be fooled by Lelo Balian’s small stature, she has a powerful voice that will blow you away.
Vibes Session 14 / Lucy Khanyan trio
This week, allow Armenia Vibes to transport you to the realm of the avant-garde with the help of the lovely and ever-talented Lucy Khanyan trio. These versatile musicians will immerse you in folk and ethno-jazz fusion. Get a feel for the surreal with this impressionistic performance of original compositions.
Vibes Session 13 / The Bambir
We are ending the New Year strong with a very special performance that includes members of our very own Vibes Tribe, Narek and Arman! Gyumri natives, The Bambir is a combination of rock, folk-rock and progressive rock band with a deep history and a special place in the cultural heart of Armenians everywhere.
Vibes Session 12 / Eleven Green
Welcome to our Christmas Eve Special Armenia Vibes Session featuring Eleven Green! Nare Nikoyan’s gorgeous, sultry and soulful voice combined with Khoren Mik Aelian’s skillful guitar playing makes for the perfect combination. Add a touch of electronic sounds to the mix and you’ve got yourself an alternative, indie band that makes the Armenian music scene proud.
Vibes Session 11 / Tmbata Orchestra
This week we are proud to present to you TmbaTa. What started off as one of TUMO Center for Creative Technology’s musical projects ended up spreading its wings and taking flight. After gaining much popularity in Armenia, the youth folk band started gaining international recognition, performing on global stages, including the Smithsonian Folklife Festival on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., followed by a massive performance in New York City Center Hall for AGBU's 110th anniversary, and the One Caucasus Festival in Georgia. They are known for their original blend of rock, experimental and Armenian folk music, a combination that you can feel in your bones. We are so excited for this week’s Vibes Session and are sure that these young talents led by artistic director Arik Bambir will have you jamming along to their rich, raw sound.
This is an Armenia Vibes Production.

This week we are excited to present to you one of the most popular and loved bands in Armenia, Nemra! Nemra has been bestowing us with 8 years of some awesome alternative rock as well as some folk Armenian songs with a twist. The name Nemra is basically the Armenian name Armen backwards, which is fitting as they really reflect a different side of Armenian culture. Members of Nemra include Van Yeghiazaryan, Vaspur Yeghiazaryan, Marianna Karakeyan and Marek Zaborski, and together they have more than 40 original songs (as well as 12 music videos that you can watch on YouTube). We hope you enjoy their performance on Armenia Vibes’ Play to Stay session, and make a donation in kind to the Armenian Wounded Heroes Fund.
100% of the proceeds are used towards bringing medical assistance for our wounded warriors and covering the rehabilitation costs (both physical and mental). The founders of the AWHF cover all administrative costs, so that 100% of every dollar donated makes it’s targeted impact and reaches its intended recipients. So please, watch, subscribe, share and donate and join our Armenia Vibe family!

DONATE A HEATER FOR $100 AND WE'LL MATCH IT!
gf.me/u/y7nw5d
Armenia Vibes is proud to finally introduce to you our Rocket Stove Heater initiative. We have been building these amazing and cost-efficient heaters by hand for the past month!
Each heater costs just $100 to make, and for every $100 donated, we will put forward a matching $100 to create double the heaters. The need is great, as so many displaced families from Artsakh are left to bear the bitter cold of an Armenian winter without proper heating.
This week, the band New Gray have decided to perform for us on Armenia Vibes’ Play to Stay and show their support to our Rocket Stove Heater cause.
Many of us in Armenia (and abroad) are familiar with the face and voice of Armen Shahverdian, guitarist and back vocalist of the well-known Armenian band The Beautified Project. In 2016, Armen founded New Gray, featuring drummer Manana Avetisyan and bass player Arame Bandari.
Together the trio take you on a ride of raw emotion, attitude and state of mind. New Gray represents growth, maturity, and that little bit of angst that comes with the process. All of this packaged in a unique alternative Armenian rock sound. We hope you enjoy the show. Don't forget to share and donate! Join us in our determination and unified spirit.

Introducing Rozen Tal, bringing you a blood pumping combination of classic, progressive and alternative rock. Gyumri natives Armen Yedigaryan, Harutin Asryan and Narek Tovmasyan founded the Armenian rock band in 2015. SInce then, they’ve managed to gather a substantial following.
The band’s name is inspired by the American Psychologist Robert Rosenthal who was primarily interested in the phenomenon of self-fulfilling prophecies. The boys of the band have come together to perform at our Vibes Play to Stay Session with a self-fulfilling prophecy of their own, “we can live in peace!”
We hope their passion for music inspires you to push that donate button! If they have you head banging and your heart pumping, then please share this video with your friends and make your contribution today! You can find more Rozen Tal jams on YouTube.

For nearly a month now, Artsakh and Armenia have been under attack by neighboring Azerbaijan with the support of Turkey. This has caused devastating damage to not only civilian infrastructure and homes but has also caused countless casualties and deaths among the civilian population. Thousands of families have also been displaced as a result. The people of Artsakh need our help.
Play to Stay is an initiative brought to you by Vibes, that aims to help raise money to be sent to the Armenia Fund, which will be used to bring humanitarian aid to those who are suffering the most as a result of this war. We are proud to bring to you representatives of the music scene from Armenia and Artsakh, who will be performing for you while urging you to donate to a cause that will allow them to stay in their homeland. Thank you for your support, and we hope that you enjoy!
